Went to Tribbeck Jewellers to buy an engagement ring and cannot praise the quality of service and staff enough, especially Rachel who was fantastic. My girlfriend (Sarah) and I were left alone to browse the showroom without being pestered by staff and when we asked for assistance it was very attentive. Rachel, after a short discussion with us established what type of ring would be perfect for my girlfriend. Rachel was also very mindful of our budget and did not try to entice us to buy a more expensive ring. In fact she positively promoted a ring that was well under our budget figure as she felt it would be perfect for Sarah. She was right and Sarah loved the ring. After sales service was also great as the ring needed sizing, this was done promptly and without fuss. We also received a congratulatory bottle of Champagne - cheers H R Tribbeck & Son! Will definitely use them again and get the wedding rings. Thank you.
