Mike is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, any problems you have he will solve. So polite and goes the extra mile for you, whether it is ordering parts or as simple as drilling out a stuck screw. I won't use any other shop after the 5 star service I received from Mike.

Amazing customer service! My little boy had had real trouble finding helmets to fit him and other stores didn't want to take the time to really help. Stonehenge Cycles were amazing. A member of staff spent a long time trying to find the right one then, he called a lady over from their other shop and she then spent ages helping us, gave great advice and didn't let us leave until she was sure we had the right product. And it had a light on it! What more could a 4 year old want. He spent the next 2 days carrying it with him everywhere and telling everyone all about it!
Seriously impressed by quality and friendliness of staff when I had my road bike serviced the other day. Ian and Billy friendly and helpful, great advice, and bike returned to me in pukka condition. Exceptionally pleased and will in future look to get my bike serviced here rather than near my home in London.
