We came across Ken Hill at Hill Data Systems Limited when we started using Microsoft Office 365 Midsize Business in September 2013. We use their telephone support system that is charged by the minute. Our early experience has been extremely positive. Ken is very knowledgeable in his subject area and he addresses our queries quickly and professionally.

ABC are amazingly brilliant. I was one of those people who thought it’s only a bit of snow and left work Thursday without any client details. We are Gentle Dental and at 6am when I realised I was not going to get into town panic set in. How was I going to let people know not to come for their appointments.? Emma and the ABC guys were brilliant. It took them a while to work out how to get us access and we managed to contact everyone. Having had problems for some time with my pc running slow and eventually not working, I took a friends recommendation and contacted Robert. After a thorough discussion around the problems I was getting, I dropped my pc off and went on holiday hoping there wouldn't be the "it's past it's sell by date and you need a new pc" chat when I returned. When I contacted Robert, he explained that I had had a faulty hard drive, he'd purchased and installed another (with my prior approval), reinstalled all my software, recovered all by existing data and that it was running really well. Now that I've set the pc up at home, I can agree with Robert's comment. Overall, excluding the cost of a new drive, Robert charged £75 which I believe is excellent value. Having been recommended Robert's service, I'm very happy to endorse his work and to recommend him too.
