Very nice team, gave me the time to look around and have a think, were there when i had questions, customer service 1st class from start, to driving off with my new car.

The people are very knowledgeable, very friendly and don't rip you off. Cars are very reasonably priced. Their opening hours are very good. Bought a car from them last week and our granddaughter bought one from them a few months ago and we are both very pleased with our cars. The garage does everything it can to help you.

Not as many cars as expected and struggled to find it could.do with more signs.

WOW what can I say... what a great experience by the whole team at Penton, Chris Evans made the whole experience of buying my Vauxhall viva rocks outstanding.. he was very knowledgeable and funny! I was refreshed with complimentary tea and coffee and even had a cheeky galaxy hot choc! The whole team are professional and really made the buying journey enjoyable.. I can’t recommend the service plan enough as well! Great value for money. me being in my 70s and not having to worry about anything under the bonnet for years to come! Whole car buying experience was very easy, professional and smooth. After care service has been prompt and courteous as well. Especial thanks to Dean Green who handled the whole transaction brilliantly.

Attractive prices and services were available. My partner and I were welcomed by a friendly staff members filling the drinks fridge. When making our selections from the drinks fridge we were welcomed by a friendly staff member. A lovely female manager wearing a white shirt was also present. I think her name was "Mirela". After promoting the shell card to us, she kindly answered some questions relating to the signing up process for the card. She made the benefits of joining the Shell Club clear. Another staff member on the till whose name I cannot spell was also friendly and helpful. The service at Shell Bemerton is fantastic! Hopefully, they will be able to maintain this high quality service. In the future I will return to this garage. Excellent prices, extraordinary management and a complete service!

I visit this Shell mostly on Sundays when I'm in Salisbury. There's a friendly chap who works only on Sunday evenings. I think his name is 'Ignas' and he is Polish. He works very hard and provides a brilliant service. Hopefully, the other staff will follow his example. Also, he sold me my first fill-up on fuel in my beloved car! He must be promoted!

Nice petrol station but everything is a rip-off. I can get half the stuff there for more than half price.

Good place to get your fuel, very modern pumps allows you not only pay with your card but also pre-set how much fuel you wish to put in or how much money you ready to spend.

Always good for fuel prices.

Good stop to stretch my legs on way to Bath. Costa coffee, good selection of sandwiches and hot snacks. Clean public toilets. What is amazing is the selection of wines and beers. What a find! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Petrol however is as expensive as the rest.

Vince is a total professional; fantastic motocycle engineer and genuinely nice guy. He has been servicing my 1997 750 Africa Twin for the last 6 years. I love popping in and seeing his latest "special build". 1st class!

Good friendly staff. Will give you all the time help and advise you need. But do not rush you. And listen to what you are looking for and want. Will help you get the right kit you are looking for. Really help with daughter hetting on the road from her clothes to bike. I can't thank them enough.

Picked up a puncture on my Honda CTX1300 near Shaftesbury yesterday afternoon & having arranged for the bike to be recovered, taking it to Salisbury was our best option (as we could get a train back to Bristol where we live) so found SJS via Google. Rang & spoke to Shaun @ 4pm to see if they could help & bike was dropped off at 4.45... Despite having other work on & other bikes to tend to, a new tyre was ordered & I got a phone call at 10am the followIng morning to say my bike was ready. Absolutely first class service (especially as I had trouble obtaining a new back tyre for the bike last year) & SJS, to me, is obviously run by a biker for bikers! Enjoyed the banter too! 😃 Know where I’ll be going in future! Thanks again guys! 👍

Absolutely brilliant service, felt a wobble through the bike so I took it down to the shop to see what it could be, they tightened the chain, corrected the tyre pressure, checked the wheel bearings, adjusted the throttle and clutch to remove any dead zones and even got rid of a nasty mark from a sticker. When all was said and done, I wasn't even charged a penny, couldn't be happier.
