The people are very knowledgeable, very friendly and don't rip you off. Cars are very reasonably priced. Their opening hours are very good. Bought a car from them last week and our granddaughter bought one from them a few months ago and we are both very pleased with our cars. The garage does everything it can to help you.

WOW what can I say... what a great experience by the whole team at Penton, Chris Evans made the whole experience of buying my Vauxhall viva rocks outstanding.. he was very knowledgeable and funny! I was refreshed with complimentary tea and coffee and even had a cheeky galaxy hot choc! The whole team are professional and really made the buying journey enjoyable.. Top service from these guys when they had to supply me with a car on two separate occasions as mine was away being fixed. Good range of cars available and even dropped me back to the dealers to pick up my repaired car
Had a few issues with the Hire Car which have been resolved, but in my opinion shouldn't have happened in the first place. Staff friendly and helpful, but you can sit sometimes for about 10 minutes on hold.

Disaster struck late monday eve when our front door lock sheared. By 8pm I had booked Kevin in to come the next day (he would have come sooner but we have a second lock in the front so it wasn't urgent). He was on time, polite and gave us a few options with his professional opinion. Cant recommend them enough to anyone in a jam!

I was able to reserve a unit and do all the paper work by email, make payments by direct debit and had access to my unit 24 hours a day at no extra cost. Friendly, helpful staff when signing up for storage and great to have 24 hour access. Secure gates and camera made me feel safe enough to visit alone at any time of day/night, and great to be able to open gates from my mobile phone.
