I absolutely love being back with a high street bank after years of just banking online. The staff at Salisbury TSB are really helpful - "human beings" who I trust. I've never seen a long queue, they are polite and professional and considerate. I have witnessed them treat older and vulnerable people in a really considerate way. I highly recommend Salisbury TSB.
staff are consistently friendly and helpful

I called into the branch on Saturday morning the 28th, this was the first time in many years of going into a bank. I initially set off with dreaded fear of being messed about and being passed around, expecting to have to make an appointment. I couldn't be more wrong! The branch is so welcoming and friendly. The moment I stepped inside I was asked by a staff member how they could help. I was then greeted by a consultant who went through my requirements so professionally and speedily leaving me very impressed with the way we were treated. The branch is lovely inside and nothing like the old fashioned tills and glass screens. I even managed to re-set my card pin number without all the old hassle of letters or phone calls back and forth. I was in and out in no time at all and very impressed with the excellent customer service provided, well done the team.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I like this branch very much. Nationwide is a great bank. The good thing about Nationwide is that it is still a mutual building society.
29 High St, Salisbury SP1 2NN, UK – 01722 313815
It had a free cash machine at the moment I decided I needed cash. Other wise, it's a high street bank. What more do you expect.

I've had a number of complex procedures undertaken at the Cathedral Close Dental Practice and have been extremely impressed by the high level of service. There's certainly no rushing to get the job done. It's all very friendly and relaxed. Sue is extremely caring in her approach and provides a high level of detail to allow the patient to make an informed choice about their own treatment. It's a bonus that the setting is lovely, just off the side of the Cathedral Green. In as much as going to the dentist can be pleasurable, they make it so!
Lovely grounds surrounding Salisbury cathedral with some beautiful old buildings, private schools, the odd exhibition or display, sculptures, lots of history, museums, parking, coffee houses. A great place to have a picnic/lunch
208 Castle St, Salisbury SP1 3TE, UK – 01722 333324
I found this dental practice about 18 months ago, when my daughter came for emergency treatment, as our dentist was unable to see her! Following that, I decided to change dentists. After a consultation with Neal regarding my own teeth, I went on the Invisilign program. I can't say the process has been easy but with the expertise and professionalism of Neal and the team at Sarum Dental Practice, my teeth are perfectly aligned and better than I had ever imagined, I am so happy with the result. I have always found everyone there to be professional, friendly and reassuring and would definitely recommend them.
I have long had a fear of dentists but after exceptional pain that I couldn't keep ignoring, I did my research and found this wonderful practice. They were all so welcoming and understanding of my phobia that now I am able to go for a filling anxiety free. Thank you so much, can't recommend enough!

This in my view is the very best doctors in all of Salisbury. They are so so caring & kind!! I have very serious mental health problems & Asperger syndrome & they have ALWAYS gone the second mile for me!! I could not fault the doctors or the staff but would especially like to mention Dr Dominey who knows me very well, he is brilliant & also Dr Howel who if I cannot see Dr Dominey I see him as they understand me with my serious mental health problems & Asperger syndrome. I would especially like to praise ALL the staff at reception like Liz etc!! And Lauren & them in Pharmacy. The nurse whose name I will spell as it sound's, Finola is absolutely lovely & always have good banter & she always enjoys me sharing some obscure fact from history!!! A great doctors & team!!
Good surgery, but can the opening times on Google please be changed?? I call when it says it is open, but every time it tells me it is closed (early morning and evening), thanks.
5 Wyndham Rd, Salisbury SP1 3AA, UK – 01722 415444
Quite simply wonderful. I feel truly cared for and listened to, no problem is insignificant and I leave the surgery feeling better regardless of symptoms. Dr Willis is ALWAYS mindful of cost implications and finds the best and most cost effective ways for me to get my medication. I gladly travel quite a distance and think nothing of it to receive such care.
I have been a patient of this practice since the first day it opened. Throughout all the years, I have always found the Doctors, nurses and clerical staff to be very helpful, kind and patient and I would not hesitate in recommending this surgery. The Doctors never rush you and take the time to explain things clearly. An outstanding medical practice.

Great team of doctors and that's what matters.
They take so long for making appt but good service.
Odstock Rd, Salisbury SP2 8BJ, UK – 01722 336262
Radiology staff were absolutely amazing, especially those at reception and the nurses. A hospital staffed with incredible people who do so much to look after the community.
Amazing staff doing great work, it’s just a shame the government doesn’t acknowledge them enough. This hospital is clean, easy to navigate and everyone is helpful. The only downside is the cost the private parking company charges!
Millstream House, Avon Approach, Salisbury SP1 3SL, UK – 01722 342630
Excellent service with my back injury would definitely recommend the physiotherapist.
Visited The Private Health Practice due to requiring post operative physiotherapy ( knee ). Very impressed with the service and level of care I've received. This was my 7th knee operation therefore it was imperative that the physiotherapist knows their stuff, which Cate certainly does. From the service at booking, to the initial appointment and treatment throughout, combined with their stellar facilities, I can't recommend the private health practice enough, had i waited, I'd still be suffering and on an NHS waiting list somewhere !

St Martin's Church St, Salisbury SP1 2HY, UK – 01722 503123
Very pleasant tree friendly church yard on route (by foot) from the city centre to Southampton Rd retail warehouses. Bird song frequently to be sampled. If you are up for a weekday service of Holy Communion the church has one most days. The route is wheelchair accessible but there are enough slopes to make you think, and puff, if you're doing the pushing.

Boswells Yard, Ford, Salisbury SP4 6DJ, UK – 01722 322362
Friendly and quick service. I only brought a small amount of stuff in but they were quite happy to deal with it, and I ended up with a few quid for my trouble. I'll never take an old radiator to the dump again.
The Council House, Bourne Hill, Salisbury SP1 3UZ, UK – 0300 456 0100
Competent bureaucracy - if you visit you'll need to wait a while to be seen but the service seems reasonable.
A easy pleasing experience here registering a death. Pleasant and sympathetic staff.

I had an old un-towable rotted caravan in the back garden. It was in a confined area and I just wanted to get rid of it. I contacted Jason and he provided sound advice and a quick quote for the work. His team arrived on the arranged day and they did an excellent job of removing it. They got on with the work quickly and efficiently and it was all done that morning. Really polite and friendly, it was a pleasure having them around. Everything was exceptionally tidy at the end and they took everything away. Excellent - really pleased. Very Highly recommended. Tony - W.Sussex
Have been looking for someone to remove my very old and rotten caravan for some years. I contacted them and they agreed to come out next day, which they did and struggled with flat wheels and rotten plastic until they managed to remove it and take it away I was impressed with their service and sheer dogged willpower to get rid of the caravan for me. I am very impressed and grateful to them. Thanks Guys

60 Fisherton St, Salisbury SP2 7RB, UK – 01722 414142
Been here twice now. Love the attention to detail such as a little garnish here and there, well presented tasty slightly different to the usual Indian fayre. Nice clean restaurant. Recommended.
The buffet lunch is astonishingly good value! Absolutely delicious and beautifully air conditioned restaurant too which was very welcome today! Staff as always very polite, helpful and attentive.
Crane House, 90 Crane St, Salisbury SP1 2QD, UK – 01722 329700
Wonderful food. Big portions. Great value. Our lunch for 4, including drinks, starter and main (pudding is included in the Thali platter) plus a couple of sides, was £25 per person. The food was absolutely wonderful. We went on a hot Sunday, not your usual Sunday lunch but absolutely fantastic alternative. A must visit restaurant. Have been a few times now and they never disappoint.
My first visit. Can I say that the food is of a very high standard. the presentation was not quite what I had expected. All the food curry rice dips naan bread poppadom and deep fried aubergine all on one silver tray. Very reasonably priced. Would certainly go there again
Carmelite Way off Exeter St, Salisbury SP1 2SG, UK – 01722 329238
Fantastic pre-school with great staff that really keep our son engaged. His 3 days at the pre-school are his favorite part of the week and we always feel like they keep us upto date with his learning. Recommend it to all our friends!

Farm, Sycamore Dr, Salisbury SP1 3GZ, UK – 07388 378584
My son loves going to preschool, it is such a lovely nurturing environment that really encourages the children to develop and learn through play. They do a wide range of activities and he always comes home excited to share his news from the day. The recent move to the permanent accommodation on the Greentrees primary site has been hugely successful; the rooms are fantastic with lots of good resources and there is a brilliant outdoor play area which the children love. My older son loves attending breakfast club and after school club there too. Would highly recommend!
My daughter is very happy here, the staff are great and really care about the children.
41 Brown St, Salisbury SP1 2AS, UK – 01722 410456
Great, friendly staff. Not cheap, but good value for money. Little one loves it.
First Steps is a brilliant nursery. My son has been attending for almost a year and he loves it. He has been learning so much since he started and he only goes twice a week. He is always so excited the morning before he is due in. Me and my husband are so happy with his progress. Just recently Little Kickers have been visiting and he is so excited to tell me about the goals he has scored. He also loves the food and usually has seconds! I could not recommend them anymore highly. I will also be sending my daughter there :)

If you can afford it, and you want your daughter to have a great education in Salisbury, then there's no other (or better) choice. It served me well and I'm grateful my parents made the sacrifices they did to send me here, as I wouldn't have the career and lifestyle I now have, if they had not.
I really like it the education is fun but a high standard (I actually now that)
